This is the cause of the lump behind your ear!
People’s burdens may see this; a small thick rash from the back of your ear is blue, and it disappears suddenly. But what is this strange little bump?
It is tangible but often misunderstood. The bump is usually the same color as your skin, smooth and feels like a tiny marble. It doesn’t hurt to touch it. The strangest thing about it is that it just comes and goes as it pleases, however. What causes this? Is it dangerous or not? We did some research and this is what we found! Little foil: you have nothing to worry about.
Areas with lymph nodes
The lump is completely harmless. Even better; it’s a positive sign! If you are careful, you are more likely to get a swollen lymph node. These small lymph nodes are glands that ensure that all toxins, waste, and other unwanted substances are eliminated from your body through your bloodstream. In areas where the glands are concentrated (behind your ear, for example), they may begin to swell.
Having a lump like this is actually great: it means that you have been exposed to the germs and that your body is doing its best to fight them. The glands do this by replicating white blood cells. This recurrence is what causes the lymph node to swell. Please note: do you not only have one of these pains but also have a high fever and fatigue? Then it’s time to visit your doctor.
Phew, so the lump is not something you should worry about! We hope you have eased some of your worries and ours!
