The Apple tipster has doubled in battery pack speculation, coming to the iPhone 12

Amid all the rumors and speculation about the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14, tipster Jon Prosser has revealed new details about the upcoming accessories from Apple. According to Prosser in his latest podcast Genius Bar, the iPhone maker is reportedly working on a battery-matched iPhone 12 device.

He said the company operates two models of the battery back. While the first may be a standard version, the second variant may support the recurring charging feature. However, he added that according to his source, it is uncertain whether both of these varieties will be introduced or only one.

While Prosser did not go into details about what it would mean for a re-charging of a battery pack, it is thought to have the potential to charge other accessories such as the AirPods.

In the podcast, Prosser doubles in the claim first made by Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. In the report, Gurman said Apple had been upgrading the device for more than a year. And there are other types of tests being tested in addition to white rubber. It has also been suggested that this new app may be battery-friendly and may not work as a fully productive case, as we have seen in the case of older iPhones.

The MagSafe battery pack is good news, especially for the iPhone 12 mini. The smallest iPhone has poor battery life given its size. This indirectly could further increase Apple’s intention to launch the iPhone 13 Mini, even though the 12 Mini has witnessed weak sales since its launch.
