Submit part of the major reconstruction of the Dubai Government announced by Sheikh Mohammed.
The Government of Dubai has been completely restructured as part of its drive to make departments more flexible and resilient.
Among the key changes are the introduction of three-year “binding” employment contracts for all officials and departmental directors. During this time, results, rewards, and accountability are explained.
This came as the Honorable Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Deputy President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Governor of Dubai, chaired the Dubai Council meeting.
He said the new reforms aimed to make the Dubai Government more efficient, responsive and efficient.
Sheikh Mohammed wrote on Twitter: “Our message is this: Anyone who does not move forward has stepped down. Anyone who relies on past successes loses his future. Dubai is the future and its end will be the strongest economic heart in the region, and the following is the best if the will exists. ”
