Abu Dhabi: The Department of Municipal and Tourism in Abu Dhabi has issued guidelines for community beaches and parks during the Eid holidays, with a limited capacity of 40 percent.
Other guidelines set out on Thursday include 50 percent parking capacity, check-in points for entry points and a two-meter legal delivery
Visitors will also be required to wear facemasks and enter through designated gates. Groups and families traveling together will be limited to four people. Event venues will need to have placards and signs in the guest area as well.
Grocery stores will be required to reduce their prices to 30 percent over the holidays, and games and water play are also closed.
Recent guidelines come as part of Abu Dhabi’s series of measures to ensure that this year’s Eid Al Adha holidays are celebrated in conjunction with safety measures, by reminding residents of their responsibility to reduce the spread of coronavirus.
