London: A texting service used exclusively by criminals has been installed by police in a massive operation, which has led to hundreds of arrests and confiscations of guns, drugs and millions of dollars in cash.

EncroChat, which provides secure instant messaging services, was a “criminal marketplace” used by 60,000 people around the world to coordinate the distribution of illegal goods, collect money and conspire to kill rivals, according to the National Security Agency (NCA). UK.
