LONDON – Prime Minister Boris Johnson is confident Britain will improve even if his negotiations fail to reach a trade agreement with the European Union, a statement from his office said on Monday.
“The Prime Minister has made it clear that we will not accept any proposals in the negotiations that undermine our status as an independent, independent state and if the EU does not respect the UK sovereignty we will follow the Australian and Prime Minister’s terms. He is confident that we will succeed, ”the statement said.
