LONDON – British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has set new ways on Monday to close the national gap on the COVID-19 epidemic in England on December 2, and to strengthen a separate regional approach to show differences in infection rates.
“We will not take national action and use it for free for all people … We will go back to replace the regional, focused, and more complex approach where COVID is most prevalent,” Johnson told parliament.
“Scientific advice is … that our standards need to be strengthened.
