The upcoming Vivo phone will provide 4GB of RAM and Android 11 out of the box.
Vivo is reportedly working on a new smartphone and MediaTek Helio G80 processor. The smartphone with the model number V2037 appeared on the Geekbench bench website, highlighting some important features.
According to Gizmochina, the Vivo V2037 is probably a budget or mid-range phone. The list shows that the phone has 4GB of RAM and comes with Android 11 OS. In terms of measurement values, it included an 1823 point in the single-core and 5466 tests in multiple spinal tests.
The report suggests that the Vivo 2037 could be the company’s first phone with a MediaTek Helio G80 chip. It is noteworthy that the popularity of Xiaomi (Redmi 9) and Huawei (Y9a) has already introduced phones with the same chipset.
We may hear more about Hivoo G80-based Vivo phones in the coming days. From now on, Vivo is preparing for the launch of the X60 series.
According to the latest leaks, the Vivo X60 Pro comes with a full 6.56 inch HD + AMOLED display. It is said to be using Samsung’s Exynos 1080 processor with 8GB / 12GB of RAM and 128GB / 256GB of storage. It has a 4,200mAh battery.
In the imaging department, a quad-camera rear camera setting is said to offer a combination of a 48-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel sensor, and two 13-megapixel sensors. Previously, it would have a 32-megapixel selfie camera. It will also feature the gimbal camera we saw in the X50 series. Ahead of the software, the Vivo X60 Pro will run on OriginOS (based on Android 11) out of the box.
The Vivo X60 series will feature at least two models, the vanilla X60 model and the X60 Pro. There are also rumors that the Vivo is working on the X60s type of phone.
