  • Compensation: If you exercise a lot your body will obviously need more food. Since you’ve worked so hard, it’s okay to have a crisis, isn’t it? That’s not right. Do you want your training time to work? Instead of crisps, eat yogurt with fruit after exercise.
  • We are expecting immediate results: Have you regained your weight in just two days after changing your diet? Then you will probably be disappointed. You will not see a difference after one training session or on the first day of getting a healthy diet. You will have to wait a while before you can see the results.
